Abuja five star massage has a 2hours cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment,you must notify us at least 2hours in advance. We care about you: Please do not ghost us! Clients who don’t show up or late cancel will be charged in full. Last minute cancellation cannot be refunded or used as gift to a loved one.

Also note that arriving late to your session may result in shorter appointment so as not to penalize the client that’s scheduled after you.Clients who are over 20mins late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and charged a cancellation fee.

Due to the nature of our business, Abuja five star massage and wellness centre does not offer refunds for massage services or gift cards or packages.
